I am painting my grill satin/matte black, should I paint the chrome surround black as well or just the insert with lines. If anyone has any pics of theres I would appreciate it.
With only one dealership in town, how much of a discount can I expect on a 2018 RX350 with an MSRP of $53,000? I've been seeing suggestions on here to shoot for 10-15% off but is that possible with only one dealership? Any suggestions?
Anyone have a upper strut tower brace? A friend of mine was telling me he got one in his Mustang and it's a night and day difference in handling and he also says that taking turns the car feels sharper and more planted.
Can a simple bar do all this? I have seen videos online of people claiming the same thing and I don't see any downside aside from money wasted into something I don't need. How well suited are these for city driving?

The title says everything I was asking. I don't ever see anyone with this bodykit. Rightfully so because it looks super rice but I don't mind the look that much and I like to stand out because I'm superficial. I know the 2is 250-350 have a different front end than the IS-F so the front bumper would need modifications to make it fit... but I'm not interested in the front bumper anyway since I already ordered the Aimgain front. However, I read somewhere in the IS-F rear bumper to IS250-350 conversions that they share the same fitment for the rear. Can anyone confirm? I'm actually considering going for the Black Pearl Rear bumper for my IS-F. The look is aggressive enough to match my upcoming Aimgain front bumper and it even has the fake tips that I like so much. What do you guys think? Any help / advice would be greatly appreciated !! :)
I have a 2009 IS350 and went a head and clay bared the entire car. I then used my orbital buffer with a medium-ish course terry cloth polishing pad and Meguiars Ultimate Compound color and clarity wax. After I was done, the surface was shiny but I could still see a cloudy dullness on the hood and trunk. Do I need a better or more abrasive pad? Different wax? Is it better and easier to just go with a paint coating? What's my best option here?

Hi Guys, Im in New Zealand and recently purchased my first Lexus, Its a Black 2006 GS430, I am just wondering if there is any English translation for the buttons and the menus? I have managed to figure out a few of them but just thought I would see if there is anything out there. Also, are these wheels factory? All the other GS's I looked at had the the 5 spoke wheels. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.

My car seems to vibrate when I start the engine, I can feel the vibration even at the shifting **** and I can even feel it in my seat while I'm sitting. I have 08 GS450h 150xxx km. I thought it was the engine misfiring so I changed the spark plugs and still the same. So weird, any suggestions? I'm also running premium 91 shell as well, I cleaned the MAF system as well with the MAF spray, changed air filter, I checked all air hoses and everything is good. :\
I know there are other threads for this but Ive always wanted the newer style LED Check Mark headlamp assemblys for my 2007 IS350. I have the XENON HID low beams and the AFS system on my headlamps. My question is how can I get the newer style headlamps in my 07 car? I dont want an AFS check light on my dash though. I believe Lexus quit using the AFS system stating in around 2010 or 2011. Can I use 2011 oem headlamps and wire them different to keep AFS light off? I think the answer is a no but wanted to ask. If I cant use oem headlamps, I was wanting to know if there are any high quality aftermarket headlamps that have the newer Check Mark led, HID, and AFS. I like the 2011-2013 headlamps much better than the 2006-2009 headlamps. I just dont want a AFS check light on my dash. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also, if I need to go to another thread can you give me the link to it? Thanks everyone.

Just picked up an 07 350 GS, the touch screen does not recognize any touch at all. I can still navigate VIA the buttons, I just cannot utilize any of the touch functions. Is there a known fix for this, or is this a situation where the whole GPS head unit needs to be replaced?
